Questions before we scoop?

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have safe access to the yard and the information we need, you do not need to be home.

Can my dog be outside?

Please tell us about your dog when requesting service. For a safe, comfortable visit, we may ask that a dog be kept inside when needed.

What happens to the waste?

Bagged pet waste is placed in your designated outdoor trash bin. No Doo Yard Crew is not currently hauling waste offsite.

What if the yard has a lot of buildup?

That’s okay. Tell us roughly when it was last cleaned. A heavier initial or one-time cleanup may require a different quote, which we’ll confirm before service.

What about bad weather?

Safety and yard conditions come first. If weather makes service unsafe or impractical, we’ll communicate with you about the visit rather than leaving you guessing.

Am I locked into a contract?

Your service details, frequency, and any cancellation terms will be confirmed before recurring service begins. Nothing is automatically scheduled just because you request a quote.

How is my service day chosen?

We group nearby customers into efficient routes. After confirming your address and availability, we’ll give you the service day that fits the current route.

How do I pay?

After your quote is approved, you’ll receive a secure Stripe payment or invoice link. No card information is collected when you request a quote.

Do you service commercial properties?

Yes, on a custom-quote basis and subject to current route capacity. Use the Commercial / Multi-property option in the quote form.

What happens after I request a quote?

We review your property details, confirm that your address is in range, then contact you with availability and pricing before the first cleanup.
